1.1 Booking and Payment

1. What is the booking procedures of our courses?

 

Once you have enrolled our courses via www.platepass.com , your seat will be reserved. You will receive a reservation E-mail and WhatsApp for the payment details. Please note that the seat will only be confirmed after the payment is made. If you cannot receive our email 7 working days after your application submitted, please contact us directly by Tel: +852 6289 1140 or through email: learn@myicellar.com 

Once we received your payment, a confirmation E-mail and an official receipt will be send to your registered E-mail. 

*Remarks: It’s important to check on the E-mail to confirm on the personal details that will be used on WSET certificates.

 

2. When should I settle the payment for course fee? 

 

Once we confirm you application, our course officer will send you the payment details and methods. after the payment is received, your reservation will be secured. We accept Bank Transfer, Credit Card, FPS and Payme for payment.
