This course is an introduction to different types of cheese and demonstrate you the systematic approach to tasting cheese.
For Level 1 course, the class will feature 25 classic cheeses.
Level 1 course consists of 3 sessions, each 3 hours long.
The course features:
– Tutored tasting of minimum 12 classic cheese samples and 12 styles of wines.
– Practical cheese and beverage pairing
– 12-month subscription to the Academy of Cheese, access to the Academy’s online Learning Road and a copy of the Academy of Cheese delegates pack
– Tutorial language will be conducted in English or Cantonese
– Certified accreditation as an Associate of the Academy after achieving pass mark at online assessment
