1.2 Cancellation and Transfer
1. Can I cancel my confirmed place?
An administration fee of HK$1,000 plus the cost of any materials already supplied will be deducted and the remainder of the course fee refunded to the payee. If a confirmed course booking is cancelled during 5 working days prior to the start of the course, or at any time after the start of the course, no refund or transfer of the course fees will be made. Deferment of examination is accepted up to 20 working days prior to the confirmed exam date without any additional charge. Any request for deferment within 20 working days may subject to an Administration fee HK$1,000. An official notice will send to candidate for the amount of examination fee depending on the type of course.
2. Can I choose another course offered by MyiCellar even I already paid for the original course?
Course transfers of a confirmed booking either to another course or applicant can be made up to 14 days before the course start date on payment of a $1,000 administrative fee plus the cost of any additional study materials which may be applicable. Course transfers cannot be carried forward to a subsequent academic year.
