1.3 Class and Examinations

Class and examinations arrangement during tropical cyclone and rainstorm warning. 

In the event of tropical cyclone and rainstorm warning, the following arrangements will be made for classes/examinations as indicated below: 

Rainstorm Warning:  

Classes and examinations will operate as normal for Amber and Red.  

• Amber : Classes and examinations will operate as normal 
• Red : Classes and examinations will operate as normal 

• Black : Active 2 hours before the start time, the classes/examinations will be cancelled 

Tropical Cyclone Warning: 

Classes and examinations will operate as normal for Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.1 and No. 3. 

• Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 : Classes and examinations will operate as normal 
• Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 : Classes and examinations will operate as normal 

• Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8/10: Active 2 hours before the start time, the classes/examinations will be cancelled 

Remarks: We will contact individual student if there is special arrangement apart from the above
